Steffenie Langby | Founder & CEO
Steffenie operated her own business in her early 20’s to support her through University. However, working with emerging companies in the early days of the internet and being passionate about delivering service to regional and remote areas provided Steffenie with a unique blend of experience. She has worked and consulted with amazing people, resulting in an extensive skill set including sales, complex business case and product development, project management and team leadership.
Steffenie has previously worked with four start-ups and has been highly successful in bringing working partnerships and anchor tenants onboard with new ventures.
John J Foley | Chairman
Ethical Developments is delighted to have John Foley as Chairman of our board. Born and raised in the country, John started his working life as a shearer. Graduating in law from the University of Sydney, John was admitted to practise as a barrister in New South Wales in 1971.
John is a Non-Executive Director of Citigold Corporation, an Australian mining company operating on Australia’s highest-grade major goldfield, located in Charters Towers (North Queensland). John is also Chairman of QEM, a mining company situated at Julia Creek focused on the exploration and development of a vanadium and oil shale mine.

Ross has grown up and worked in Far North Queensland all his life. From a sugar farming background, Ross has worked for in all three levels of Government and is a well-known face amongst business and communities in the North and Far North Queensland regions.
Ross formerly worked with the AIG (Australian Industry Group) delivering Supply Chain facilitation services under the Federal Government’s Entrepreneurs’ Programme (EP). Ross has been engaged in several Economic Development roles including AusIndustry (North Queensland Manager), Advance Cairns (CEO) and Townsville Enterprise (GM Economic Development). Ross is no stranger to North Queensland businesses.

Spencer has an extensive background working in Television and Advertising in the UK. With broad research, marketing and sales experience, Spencer developed an exceptional network of corporate clients representing numerous multinational brands from Coca Cola to BMW.
Spencer has worked with numerous media agencies and been behind numerous marketing campaigns in the UK.
